Head of Sales (Solution Business) 

We are currently looking for Head of Sales (Solution Business), this position will requirement a person who has strong background in managing sales team. Responsible for overall service business, both revenue generation and service delivery by following regional direction and country’ strategy included initiate strategy specifically for Thailand market.  

POSITION:     Head of Sales (Solution Business)
LOCATION:
     Bangkok
JOB TYPE:
     Permanent

SALARY RANGE:     150K – 250K (Up to Experience)
WORKDAY:     From Monday - Friday
BENEFIT:     Group insurance, bonus, provident fund, social security fund and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales and Marketing strategy for Service and Solution Business
  • Accountable to achieve sales revenue and Total Contract Life Revenue
  • Deploy strategy to put into measurable action
  • Introduce new Service Offering to Thailand market and expand to potential industry for long term revenue generation
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential dealer; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Manage and ensure all operation cost shall be monitored to reflect highest gross profit
  • Manage and ensure Deal Process is in place to secure highest project revenue & GP
  • Manage and ensure resources to deliver and perform sustainable growth
  • Manage and ensure all Service Operation is delivered to customer properly per service level agreement
  • Manage and ensure Sales Collaboration with regional to expand Sales Column both Global / Regional deal   

Qualification:

  • At least bachelor degree in Business Administration, MBA is preferred.
  • 10-15  years working experience in Solution Business
  • Broader knowledge of Service business and Solution Business
  • Project Pitching and presentation is preferable
  • Proficiency in English
  • Long term business visionary
