We are currently looking for Distributor Account Manager based in Bangkok. The primary responsibility is to work closely with IT Distributors, by developing relation with various function, Senior management, product team, and Sales team, to keep promote IT offers and program sales to various group of re-sellers and grow overall sales out with proper planning inventory level and sales In. POSITION: Distributor Account Manager (IT products i.e. UPS, cooling rack)
LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: (up to experience)

Responsibilities:
Distributor Account Management
- Define and Develop business strategic plan with each Distributor
- Create and develop relationships with each Distributor account (management, Product sale, and Sales team).
- Identify and develop plan to growth market share by offer and Active Re-seller Base (ARB) with Distributors
- Plan enablement training program with Distributor’s sales team
- Take the lead and work proactively with others internal function and team to resolve any issues at Distributor accounts
Distributor Operation Management
- Plan with Distributor proper stock level to support sales out program both by SKU and by volume
- Review and plan PO (sales in) with Distributor, both value and timing, balance plan before warehouse cut-off date.
- Supporting price & program discount
- Update and Launch new offers with proper inventory plan.
- Plan & manage obsolete SKU/Offer with Distributor
Sales Execution & Support
- Achieve sales out target, especially Transactional (HBN offer)
- Achieve Channel KPIs: ARB growth target
- Achieve target product growth initiative
- Plan and Manage MDF with Distributor and supporting sales promotions, seminars and others program as planned.
Teamwork
- Work cooperatively with local and regional colleagues
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Provide reports and information as requested
- Adhere to company policies and processes
Qualification:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Distribution network
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any field related
- Demonstrated experience in account management (Either with Distributors or Reseller)
- Demonstrated experience in transactional selling
- Good Communication Skills, Excellent presentation skills, Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen, Ability to build long term customer focused relationships
- Well organized, Ability to multi-task, and coordinate activities, Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required
