Business Development (Animal Premix)

We are looking for Business Development (Animal Premix) who will operate as the main point of contact to our customers, working directly with end users. The majority of this individual’s time will be spent in a customer facing environment managing customer relationships, with a focus on commercial priorities and troubleshooting technical matters ranging from: formulation, nutrition program design, and production management best practices.

JOB TYPE:     Permanent  

SALARY RANGE:     Up to experience 

BENEFIT:     Bonus, Car allowance, Gasoline allowance, PVD and etc. REPORT TO: Commercial Lead

Key responsibilities

50% Sales growth from developing close Customer Relationship

  • New business development: Create and executes business development plans for new and existing technical and product offerings. Identifies new prospective customers and qualifies new sales opportunities, including:
  • Deeper market penetration of core product offering such as Specialty Ingredients and Technical Feed Additives
  • Existing Account Management: Initiate, develops, and maintains long/lasting customer working relationship with clients at multiple levels, including:
  • Build and execute strategy to achieve sales targets and volume growth goal

30% Technology

  • Perform basic and intermediate level customer-level technical support related to product inquiries, nutrition programs, formulation support, and production management, etc.

20% General

  • Partners with the immediate network of business/ function stakeholders to exchange ideas and development of new concepts and service program (i.e. Strategic Marketing & Technology platform, marketing/ brand specialist, solutions/ technical services consultants, product line managers, etc.)

Qualification

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and/or Animal Production of Animal Health, or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge of Animal Science, Feed milling, and/or Livestock production
  • Over 5 years of Progressive external sales and business development with a good track record and experience in the industry
  • Sales experience in a multinational or leading regional animal nutrition/ animal health company  Works well with team – leading a key account management approach (Sales, Technical, Marketing) – Create a lead deployment of sales plan
  • Excellent in English is a MUST
