Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

We are currently looking for Chief Finance Officer, this position will have to supervise 20 subordinates in head quarter office. Require senior person who has CPA and SOX or J-SOX experience and more over we need person who has experience in manage accounting & finance for manufacturing. POSITION:     Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
LOCATION:      Bangkok
JOB TYPE:      Permanent
SALARY RANGE:  (up to experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for manages and controls the month-end account closing for the Company by SAP system.
• Handles the consolidation of accounts for the Company’s subsidiaries
• Coordinates the annual and quarterly audit sessions for Company conducted by the external auditors.
• Deals with internal and external auditors in the auditing of accounting activities of the Company.
• Assists in projects relating to accounting, e.g., J-Sox project, inventory cycle count project, accessory installment project, etc., through collaborating with concerned Divisions.
• Manages and control payment process of the Company.
• Manages and control the monthly tax payment process including Review various taxes, corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, excise tax, and import duty
• Deals with the tax authorities related to the tax matters.
• To ensure all J-SOX requirements related to the tasks are fully compliance.
• Supervise 20 direct subordinates in head quarter and indirect teams of factory accounting
• Perform other assignments from supervisor

Qualification

• Age 44-48 years’ old
• Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Accounting
• Holding CPA is a must
• 10 years’ experience in accounting and tax management
• Experience in multi-national company, manufacturing and BOI would be advantage
• Good Analytical Skill and Interpersonal Skill
• Good command of English
• Able to travel to factory at Chonburi
