Position: VP – HR Development (HR Business partner)

Salary Range: 180,000 THB Up to experience

Responsibilities:

• To implement learning and development needs analysis.
• To develop and implement HR strategy policy.
• To research learning and development providers and interventions.
• To manage and implement HRD projects.
• To help develop, deliver and maintain development interventions.
• To help configure and maintain the corporate HR systems and processes.
• To provide support, guidance and coaching to officers regarding development interventions.

Qualification:

• Male or Female; Thai nationality
• Age over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 10+ years’ experience in human resources department
• 3+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position
• Strong understanding each of PMS, Career development management, Job evaluation, Competency development, Training and other HRD functions
• Knowledge in OD intervention 
• Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
• Excellent communication in English

Skills and Competency:

• Excellent implement in HRD all function
• Strong Knowledge in Human resource development
