Position: VP – HR Development (HR Business partner)

Salary Range: 180,000 THB Up to experience

Responsibilities:
- To implement learning and development needs analysis.
- To develop and implement HR strategy policy.
- To research learning and development providers and interventions.
- To manage and implement HRD projects.
- To help develop, deliver and maintain development interventions.
- To help configure and maintain the corporate HR systems and processes.
- To provide support, guidance and coaching to officers regarding development interventions.
Qualification:
- Male or Female; Thai nationality
- Age over 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 10+ years’ experience in human resources department
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position
- Strong understanding each of PMS, Career development management, Job evaluation, Competency development, Training and other HRD functions
- Knowledge in OD intervention
- Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
- Excellent communication in English
Skills and Competency:
- Excellent implement in HRD all function
- Strong Knowledge in Human resource development
