Legal Assistant Manager

We are looking for Legal Assistant Manager Position; this role wills conduct all of legal and compliance job due to maintain and drive the legal job. For more information please see the below detail:

Position:     Legal Assistant Manager

Location:     Bangkok

Job Type:     Permanent

Working day:     Mon – Fri (9 am – 6 pm)

Type industry:     Energy Industry

Salary Range:     Up to experience

Report to:     Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all of legal and compliance job due to maintain and drive the legal job.
• Handle all corporate agreements: draft, review, collect, advice in Thai and English, with timely manner, or sometimes, with urgency.
• Have good perspective in law and good legal advice support the business of the company including having legal sensing in order to monitor and focus for the integrity manner due to prevent the misconduct.
• Have vision to prevent risk which may occur due to the operation of company.
• Perform other relate duties as required.

 Qualifications:

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor degree or Higher in Law
• Must have experience with law contract
• Experience at least 5 years in Legal field.
• Ability to use basic computer programs (MS Words, Excel, Power Point)
• Having good decision and be self –motivated, good personality and devoted person
• Good communicate in English
