Customer Service & Logistic Manager

We are looking for Customer Service & Logistic Manager who will receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.

LOCATION:     Payathai, BTS line  
JOB TYPE:     Permanent
SALARY RANGE:     (Up to experience)

Key responsibilities

• Strategically Plan and manage logistics activity, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Execute Inventory and stock management and, Mounting
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, factories and consumers
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Produce report and other assigned by MD

Qualification

• Male/Female (preferably age of 40+)
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Management or any related field
• At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in CSR and/or Logistic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill to work with different parties and deliver the result.
• Good engagement and problem-solving skill in proactive attitude
• Be able to work under pressure and passionate in customer service
• Well organized and good documentation skills
• Good command of English
• Computer knowledge: Proficient in Word and Excel
