We are looking for Supply Chain Manager whom will responsible for developing and managing the demand and supply of the goods and ensuring the availability of products are in line with the sales volumes. The general task is to determine the real demand of the goods and to optimize the order/ delivery quantities according to customer’s requirements and at the same time to minimize inventory value and to provide the best turnover working capital.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate products forecasts through tight collaboration with unit and sectors sales leaders and evaluation of historical data, market trends, inventory stocks, marketing campaigns and relevant application of forecasting methods.
- Ensure product orders placement and manual tuning to customer’s needs at the base of forecasts.
- Ensure product order delivery on agreed time and agreed quantity to guarantee product available for customers at the right time and the right quantity to meet customer’s expectations.
- Ensure proper management of stocks to minimize stock levels at the warehouse by decreasing obsolete and slow moving items increase stock management effectiveness and efficiency to meet financial targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reports, based at company demands at daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual basis
- Liaise with other concerned parties
Qualification and Candidate Background:
- BSc/BA in business administration. logistics or relevant field
- At least 5 years in inventory control, material control, supply chain or supply planner
- Strong background in Supply Chain operation in finish good, spare part or Chemical industry
- Experience in using Oracle or SAP would be advantage
Skills and Competency:
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of Demand & Supply management software (e.g. ERP)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
