POSITION: Senior Sourcing Analyst
LOCATION: Bangkok
INDUSTRY TYPE: Manufacturing

Report to: Regional in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Be fully in charge of the Sourcing and Supply Chain information systems and compile reports for management review
- Ensures understanding of business requirements for CMS category aligned with local sourcing responsibility.
- Sourcing equipment and new machine to replace the old one
- Partner with suppliers and other Business Operating Units to coordinate and prepare all necessary formalities / documentations
- Analysis on business data and identify operational improvements
- Manage master database and ensure data integrity
- Participation in on-going, ad-hoc projects related to information systems
- With some oversight, works with suppliers to resolve more systemic issues that have been escalated from country procurement staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economic or business relate
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
- Strong business sense and project management skills. Experience within manufacturing
- High proficiency in MS excel. Experience in business intelligence/statistical analysis tools preferred, such as Power BI
- Experience in database management, such as Access / SQL Server
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
