Contract Management - Power Plant

We are looking for “Contract Management Manager – Power Plant” position for a global leader in consulting, engineering, construction and operation for energy industry. This position will be response for contract management between owner and company, dealing with all insurance aspect.

Salary Range:    (up to experience) 1xx,xxx THB/ month

Report to:     Expat

Functions in a Senior-level capacity, or Contract Specialist. Main dealing contract between the owner and company, received project from our Business Development and do pricing negotiation. Support growth of Energy proposals and projects in Asia.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of Company (in future Power and Oil & Gas)
• Understand and advise business units in respect of internal procedures
• Provide sound commercial advice in respect of legal, finance, tax and treasuryaspects of proposals and projects especially insurance aspect
• Report to management in respect of commercial risks

Requirement:

• Law Degreefrom reputable university in Asia
• 7-10 years relevant experience with Power and/or Oil & Gas industry
• Experience with EPC contracts and/or other major contracts are required.
