We are looking for Construction Manager Position who will response for expanding the plant for refinery from the beginning of the phase, participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and account for its organization, scheduling, and implementation. This position is open for both Thai and expat who can be able to base at Sriracha, Chonbutri, Thailand

Supervision: Engineer, Site sup and foreman
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
- Account for all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with safety, laws and regulations, project cost, schedule and work quality.
- Determine appropriate construction methods, tools & techniques, materials and equipment and track inventory to ensure quality construction standards
- Manage the site infrastructure, staffing, warehousing and material control.
- Manage the Construction [execute] Contract(s) to meet contractual conditions of performance
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Safeguard change control both in Design as well as by The Contract in consideration of Variation Orders,
- Maintain the ‘as-built’ records,Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
- Prepare and ensure the Mechanical Completion,
- Prepare and ensure ‘Acceptance’ and ‘Hand-Over’ of the plant/facilities
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Contribute and facilitate to the preparation of the commissioning phase,
- Time spent: 40% : Planning/ Managing, 40% : Monitoring/ Control, 20% : Analyzing/ Reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 20 years experiences in Oil and Gas Construction Project management, Experienced in Mega Project only
- Male only, Thai or expat
Competency:
- High leadership skill
- Initiate and project management skill
- Well organize
