Position: Regional Marketing Specialist
Industry type: varies industry type within the groups
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Wattana, Bangkok
Salary Range: 80K – 100K (up to experience)
Reporting to: Vice President

Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy
- Develop yearly marketing & communication plan for Myanmar and Laos in conjunction with the local marketing teams and within agreed budget
- Carry out on-going market intelligence survey in relevant field of activity / industry
- Follow up and conduct surveys on competitors advertising and keep record of their promotional activities
- Coordinate relationship with marketing teams from Asia-based franchisors
- Marketing Initiatives
- Coach local teams in understanding and rolling-out of marketing strategy
- Support local teams in developing the relevant marketing initiatives to support sales and brand awareness
- Ensure promotional campaigns are being correctly implemented in country
- Develop standard formats for New Store Opening occasions
- Represent the company at functions, events and any sponsoring activity
- Coordinate potential PR activities carried out on a regional level
- Organize marketing best practices sharing within the HEX forum
- Coordinate with cross functions to promote a marketing approach in HR and store operations.
- Digital Marketing
- Plan web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Develop the company’s presence on social media
- Facilitate partnerships with established digital players
- Customer Relationship Management
- Organize customer feedback through focus groups, satisfaction surveys or feedback surveys
- Develop action plans based on data extracted from the POS system
- Carry out consumer research (behavioral)
- Drive the CSR action plan, in conjunction with franchisor when relevant
- Analysis & Reporting
- Contribute to provide sales forecasts
- Analyze the company’s promotional campaigns results and potential variances
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor evolution of sales (like-for-like sales and total system sales)
- Keep records of company’s marketing expenses
- Organize data and activity reporting on a regional basis
Qualification and Candidate Background:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related fields
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing management, in a mass market environment
- Written & spoken English, a local Asian language is a plus
Skills and Competency:
- Keep up-to-date with trend and development in marketing, SEO, PR etc.
- Share that knowledge with colleagues as an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
