Inventory Management Manager

We are looking for Inventory Management Manager for trading industry, responsible coordinating the overall planning and scheduling activities of finish good and spare part. This position will be report directly to GM and we need the person for Electronic spare part who has strong knowledge in Supply Chain Operation.

Salary Range: Up to experience

Reporting to:  General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures for spare part and finish good
• Ensuring product stock  is adequate for all distribution channels and cover  direct demand from customers
• Use Oracle to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, progress update and preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Interacting with Sales and Service Team

Qualification and Candidate Background:

• BSc/BA in business administration. logistics or relevant field
• At least 8 years in inventory control with 2 years in manager level
• Strong background in Supply Chain operation in finish good, spare part or Electronics industry
• Experience in using Oracle would be advantage

Skills and Competency:

• An analytical mind with strong math skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
