POSITION: DIGITAL STRATEGY & PLANNING EXECUTIVE

REPORT TO: Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities
- Media & PR: Plan and execute digital-related programs including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns, as well as digital PR programs
- Commercial: Plan and execute e-retail and e-commerce
- Events: Optimize offline activities for new launches including PR events/ customer events/ etc. in digital platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital-related campaigns, and provide assessment versus objectives; both quantitative (e.g. ROI and KPIs) and qualitative (e.g. Image) terms
- Closely monitor online presence on paid/ owned/ earned channels for both cosmetic brand, itself and competitors, and develop action plans to drive stronger and more premium online visibility vs. competition
- Monthly presentation to management and team on digital movement and key implications for the brand
- Evaluate emerging technologies, identifying local digital trends & insights (for example; digital influencers for selected target audience), and propose new digital initiatives, opportunities, and platforms where appropriate.
- Work with Central/ Regional team on online monitoring and analysis for both the brand and competitors
Qualification
- Higher or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Female or Male, age over 21 years old, THAI nationality
- Minimum of 1-3 years solid experiences in digital marketing
- Passionate about cosmetics
- Be able to handle multi-tasks/ assignment under the time limit
- Good command in English
