Position:  Sr. Legal Officer

Location:  BANGKOK (BTS Asoke)

Salary Range:  25,000 - 35,000 THB

Responsibility:

• Review contracts (Thai and English) and other related documents
• Corporate work (Minutes of the Board of Directors, Shareholders’ Meeting and Board of Directors’ Meeting etc.)
• Update legislation
• Legal documents control & translation
• Contact and coordinate with government agencies and internally
• Internal compliance and anti-bribery
• Other assignments from superior

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age 25 – 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Laws or experienced in related filed
• Good command of English both written and spoken (TOEIC Score: at least 750)
• MS Office proficiently
• Good communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years’ experience in law firm or well-known company is an advantage
• Legal thinking, commercial sense, analytical skill, accountability, prioritizing
