Job Title :Technical Support
Reporting to: Team Manager (Polymer and Plastics)
Location : Bangkok office
Type of Employment:Permanent
Salary: 25-35 K
Responsibilities :
- Plastics application development for new markets, focusing on the automotive industry / industrial environments (e.g. energy, building and household industries).
- Handling of material and color approval lists.
- Technical customer assistance, focusing on the choice and processing of materials.
- Handling of and assistance with customer complaints.
- Organizing customer training.
- Establishing and furthering customer relations at all levels.
- Obtaining material and component approvals from automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
Qualifications :
- Female or Male with Positive and active characteristics
- Thai Nationality
- Age between 25 – 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Polymer and Plastics Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 2-4 years experience of technical support.
- Strong Knowledge and/or attitude in supply chain and logistic concepts, planning and forecasting systems.
- Computer skills, in particular MS office.
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good command in English.
