POSITION: Commercial Lead – Consumer Insights

REPORT TO: Director
Key responsibilities
- To Develop Client Relationship
- To Lead the business relationship between company and the client
- To drive collaborative one voice engagements to solve client business issues
- Penetration of senior decision makers across clients’ functional teams
- To contribute to the strategic account planning process and vision for the client
- Pro-actively resolve client issues by engaging other Company Support groups as required
- Coaching, mentoring and staff development of Client Service (CS) teams
- Provide outside in view of the clients business and Industry to CS teams as well as Operations
- To drive actionable recommendations that are aligned to client business issues
- Leads value addition processes and results and facilitates plans for performance improvement
- Responsible for overall revenue targets including renewal and fulfillment of locally contracted revenue
- To identify revenue growth opportunities and coordinate business development effort, at the local level
- To manage local contract negotiation process with client(s) to ensure profitable outcomes
Qualification
- Bachelor or Above educational level in any field of study
- Solid experience and possess a good recording in sell practices area – especially the consultancy sales-based, project selling based or research project based
- Strong in the collaboration works with many parties, highly interpersonal skill and communication
- Strong leadership profile – able to work as individual contributor who works with virtual team
