Position: SENIOR IT ENGINEER

Salary Range: 23,000 - 28,000 THB
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
- Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence
- Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
- Ensure that follow all process under ISO system
- Design, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, File services, DHCP, DNS and other roles
- Build, install, configure and maintain Virtualization products (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Implementation of backup / recovery regimes and performance of necessary tests
- Operation and maintenance: On-site troubleshoot support network, PC, and other IT equipment problem
- Manage problem and service tickets ensuring timely resolution to meet Service Level Agreements
- Good in English communication
- Ready to study on new IT Technology
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or other related fields
- At least 3 year experience in IT
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills
- Knowing Server hardware, Microsoft Active Directory, Virtualization, Backup solution will be advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
