Responsibilities
- Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
- Develop extensive strategic global brand strategy and category plans for the brand, ensuring the brand has a meaningful long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization
Requirements
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, Branding and PR&Event
- Strong team management with good interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
- Strong Visionary and Strategic thinking
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
