Position: Senior Business Analyst

Salary Range: 50,000 THB – 60,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance adhering to documented procedure and log all steps
- Study and understand group business processes carried out through the applications
- Recommend process improvements to enhance performance of applications
- Provide training and documentation to promote efficient use of applications
- Contribute information and recommendations for application improvement during reviews
- Study and understand the operation of all application modules
- Create ad-hoc and advanced reports and reporting tools
- Assist the Business Systems team with IT Operations integration with their systems
- Provide training and documentation to promote efficient use of application
- Monitor operational systems
- Assist in maintain clean and valid data
- Work with application suppliers to track and solve technical issues and queries
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Around 5 years of experience implementing ERP accounting/finance modules
- Demonstrate a track record in application maintenance and support
- Understanding of the business processes in the automotive/engineering industry, ideally from an OEM
- Knowledge of after sales, assembly, and warehouse operations
- Good command of spoken and written English
