Responsibilities:
- To support all users in the organization.
- To ensure that all procedures work efficiently
- To work with business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems
- To monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
- To improve existing processes
- To manage the flexible processes for the changing in the future
- To create standard process throughout the organization, to be able to understand more quickly, reduce errors and risks
- To analyst business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
- To analyze the current business requirement, perform gap analysis, then interpret and guide the improvement on the existing system.
- To develop required for Proposal through vendor selection process.
- To undertake a vendor selection process to identify the proper vendor for the project.
- To consider the development effort provided by vendor and obtains the approval from Management.
- To develop detailed project plan and coordinate with team member to ensure the task accomplishment.
- To solve the project issues so that project runs smoothly.
- To act as business analyst to provide suggestion on the business process
Requirement
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields
- At least 7 years of working experience in Process Improvement or / and Business Continuity Plan or / and Process Re-engineering in Non-Life Insurance Business.
- Have extensive experience and strong background in Business Process (preferable)
- Experience with and understanding of process design is an advantage
- Good communication skill with all levels of employees and strong team player
