Responsibilities
- Drive to achieve company’s sales target (revenue and sales growth, gross and net margin) for Domestic Sales
- Formulate and implement the key strategic plans and initiatives of business units to meet the company sales objectives.
- Manage and improve sales force productivity to achieve business objectives and the target achievement.
- Responsible to execute the strategy, manage sales team, set challenged individual target and Develop Team
- Maintain customers and client satisfaction through excellent relations, knowledge of market development
- Analyze new market opportunity for business growth in alignment with company vision
- Perform revenue and sales budgeting forecasts for the management team.
- Responsible for managing, planning and developing the overall Domestic sales functions in accordance with policies, goals and objective established
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or related fields (packaging has a plus)
- At least 5 Years of experience in sales function of modern trade
- Strong team management with good interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
- Strong Visionary and Strategic thinking
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent to communicate in English
