Customer Relations Representative

Our Client was established in Thailand in 1971. The company has developed and sustained a group of strong key businesses in crop protection, hybrid seeds, and automotive technologies. The company has been active in marketing and selling chemicals, polymers, and fibers for the industries of agriculture, nutrition and food, healthcare, apparel, packaging, printing, automotive, electronics, safety products and services. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                      Customer Relations Representative

Industry type:             Trading 

Job Type:                     One year contract 
                                     (Turn to permanent if performance is acceptable level)

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             Up to Experience

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with end customers and distributors  (Domestic & International)
• Handled large number of direct customer calls  (Domestic & International)
• Managed customer enquiries, requests & complaints through calls , emails or website
• Experience in managing CRM tools either tool free IVR, Company Portal or ERP system - like SalesForce.com (SFDC).
• Managed customer enquiry /request /complaint tracker
• Networking, co-ordinate with all the internal & external stake holders (eg. customers, Sales team, CSRs etc)

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in managing customer calls, enquiries & complaints.
• Good in English - both oral and written (able to converse in Hindi, any other local Indian language would be an added advantage )
• Candidate has to handle calls for ASEAN country. ASEAN language would be added
• Should be good in Power Point Presentation & Excel Graph & Pivot tables.
• Work well under pressure situation with matured characteristics.
