Sales Manager - Dealer (Pump&Valve)

Our Client is the leading pump manufacturer in Thailand, their product are pump motor, electronic control and complete systems. Company are sold through independent distributors, company prides itself on systems which satisfies all criteria for cost efficiency, reliability and flexibility. Currently company looking for talent person to join their team detail as below:

POSITION:      Sales Manager - Dealer (Pump&Valve)

LOCATION:      Bangkok

JOB TYPE:       Permanent

SALARY RANGE:     Up to expereince

BENEFIT:       Group insurance, Medical Checkup, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

REPORT TO:      Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• To take care of sales interests and prospects of company in the market entrusted by purposeful field work and by keeping up mutual fruitful relation to customers.
• To participate in part of budget preparation for sales and market activities.
• To lead Dealer team in achieving team target.
• To coach/supervise and support subordinates(s) achieve their sales budget. Assist in developing their competence in the areas that considered to be improved.
• To responsible in supportive to Dealer/Distributor/POS to achieve target as budgeted
• To penetrate and develop Dealer/Distributor/POS both in Bangkok and Up-Country.

• To maintain serious and good relations to customers, authorities and relevant bodies.
• To maintain key customers loyalty with the necessary support as expectation.
• Developing new dealer accounts within specific market segment.

Qualification

• Male or Female age 33-40 years

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Engineering
• At least 5 years-experience in related functions
• Experience in Team Management
• Good command in communication and written English
• Extensive knowledge of PC/ E-Learning
• SAP knowledge and presentation skill

• Excellent manual dexterity in operation machines and documents
• Good vision, sound mind and body
• Positive force of example
