IT Application Manager (QAD MFG/Pro)

Our Client is a global food, ingredients and retail group providing daily goodness for brighter life around the world. Client brand are well-known delicious malt beverage with its head office in Bangkok and the factory in Samutprakarn. Thailand is the largest manufacturer, currently they are looking for talent person to join IT Function detail as below:

POSITION:      IT APPLICATION MANAGER (QAD MFG/Pro)

LOCATION:      Samutprakarn

JOB TYPE:       Permanent

SALARY RANGE:     Up to expereince

BENEFIT:       Group insurance, Medical Check up, Bonu, provident fund and etc.

REPORT TO:      Head of IT

Role Purpose:

This incumbent will be responsible for providing helpdesk technician and counsel to users for ERP system (QAD MFG/Pro and assist IT Application Manager in designing and developing of improved ERP system as business requirement

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform liaison duties between users, developers, and help desk technicians in areas of design, functionality and troubleshooting
• Maintain business continuity plans as well as disaster recovery
• ERP (QAD MFG/Pro) development, testing and implementation
• Control and manage ERP (QAD MFG/Pro) systems analysis, programming, data security & control
• Establish a harmonized framework for manufacturing and finance operations
• Work with ABF Corporate IT and supervise the IT Application Function, external suppliers and consultants
• Undertake users training
• All other duties and tasks assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Good command of English
• Knowledgeable in standard business process, financial, planning and manufacturing system
• Strong experience in IT Application; QAD MFG/Pro
• Must be very well organized
• Able to assess, analyze and predict problems/ undesired functionality that users may not be able to foresee
• Able to communicate technical issues to non-technical users
• Able to work in as fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• Able to assess problematic situations and develop creative solutions to resolve them
• Team collaboration
