Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Position: Senior Key Account Manager (PERFUME)

Salary Range: 90,000 Bath Up to experience

Job role:-

  • Handle all account in Department Store (Robinson, central, the mall) to driving yearly sales growth in order to ensure market returns are managed at agreed levels. Including Net Sales, Trade, and Delivered Margin for assigned channel
  • Plan and execute ad-hoc key account promotion, NPD launch and other in-store promotion necessary to achieve sales objectives and targets]
  • Effective management of trade spend, and overall profitability of key customer
  • Utilize sales analytics to identify opportunities for growth and to drive profitable bottom line
  • Build strong partnerships with key customers. Provide accurate and timely information for decision making
  • Meet assigned merchandising standards ensuring stock weight, coverage, distribution, shelving, freezer performance meets expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key retailer
  • To develop the right trade marketing promotion on time as require by sub-channel
  • Manage, train and coach a team of key account executives and sales representatives to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:-

  • Strong marketing background in fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience and 3 year in managing level in FMCG
  • Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships as well as developing and implementing trade initiatives.
  • Results oriented with strong retail business understanding
  • Able to influence and work well with a diverse group of people
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills and presentation skills.
  • Intelligent, achievement oriented, self-motivated, pleasant personality with the desire to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
