HR Specialist (Recruitment and Employee Relations)

Our Client is Thai-Japanese Corporation since June 21, 1978. Their product is about photocopier and printer. They will strive to take ownership to offer customers with eco-friendly products, services, and related information. They will continuous improvement our process to reduce a use of energy, natural resources and eliminate a risk and unsafe in our workplace.

Position: HR Specialist (Recruitment and Employee Relations)

Industry type: Trading Electronic and Service

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Jatujak, Bangkok

Salary Range: 45,000 THB – 50,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Understand recruitment needs from business units and identify potential candidates.
• Develop the assessment tool and interpret result.
• Proactively lead the interview and co-interview with Line Managers and recommend the right candidates.
• Analyze recruiting activity and recommend an appropriate sourcing methodology.
• Foresee the recruitment trend and prepare contingency plan.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in professional recruitment.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Work well under pressure situation with matured characteristics.
