Position: Sales engineer (Grain Milling/Bakery/Brewing)

Responsibilities:
- Sales responsibilities for the business area Grain Milling / Bakery/ Brewing covering the region Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia
- Serving a strong existing customer base in Flour Milling
- Responsible for sales strategy for new business unites (Bakery and Brewing) and sales channels
- Regular customer visits and relationship building
- Business development for existing and new customers
- Identify market opportunities, competitors and pricing and prepare market analysis report to include personal views and proposals once every three months
- Open communication and frequent update of market information to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting team e.g. Quotation
- Good flow of information from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process e.g. Quotation, Engineering, Technology, Customer Service and Administration
- Comply to Buhler guidelines for pricing, contract and payment terms
- Order intake and price quality
- Manage sales budget and be responsible for sales expenses
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the process industry
- Technical background in flour milling or grain industry will be an advantage
- Know how in working with IT sales tools such as Microsoft, CRM SAP based and handling presentations
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good listening skills and understanding of customers’ needs
- Strong technical know-how to provide high quality consultation
- Creative with solutions
- Task focused and target oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments
- Eager to learn and constantly seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings
