POSITION:     Business Development Manager (Food care department)

LOCATION:     Bangna office

JOB TYPE:      Permanent

SALARY RANGE:     60,000 – 70,000 THB

BENEFIT:     Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

• Leads the achievement for food care certificate department
• Ensure the continuous sales growth by implementing future orientated sales strategies and leading sales organization
• Develop and implement the financial plan and sales plan
• Ensure delivery of key account business plan in the country
• Engage with the marketing team to give portfolio needs feedback, range management and sales opportunities
• Ensure national application expert skills and standard
• Manage the implementation of international accounts/ value proposition (TVP) via the sales territories
• Work closely with authorized distributor and ensure that the work/ business operation plan has been executed effectively
• Support regional marketing data requests and initiatives
• Recruit, coach/ develop team to ensure that they are competent and able to deliver the performance as expected
• Ensure that all team members perform according to the corporate guidelines, policies, procedures and code of conduct
• Handle other jobs as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Sciences majoring in Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Sciences, Food Technology and other related fields
• Knowledge in Lab test is a plus
• Have at least 5 years working experience in related field
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Good at analytical, business acumen, commercial and strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, presentation, and people manager skills
• Able to work with the long hours and work well under pressure
