Process Engineer

Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:   Process Engineer

Location:   Banpong, Ratchaburi

Job Type:   Permanent

Salary Range:   Maximum 50,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit:   Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

1.) Process control and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure those production parameters are in define specifications.
• Collect, analyze and optimize historical data to have best running parameter for every line.
• Create / maintain mixing and foaming process specification and work closely with lab and QA to ensure changes are verified.
• Support production to drive PAP projects
• Support QA for all customer complaints
• Be a part of CAPEX working team to deliver as business objectives.
• Guiding and coaching operators for standard work procedure.
• Provide well prepared production parameter for Thailand plant
• Ensure that all production parameter are follow correctly.
• Leading trial run process and documentation.

2.) World Class Standard Mindset

• Key member of WAM working team for Thailand plant and coordinating with cooperate WAM pillar to deliver as WAM Thailand plant road map.

3.) Safety System

• Looking for near miss, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and finding the way to protect that. 

4.) Quality Improvement

• Continuous monitoring of the line process parameters to ensure high product quality been delivered
• Root cause analyses and corrective actions be deliver as a team.

5.) Report

• Preparing and providing accurate monthly manufacturing reports and related documents for manufacturing

6.) Product testing/Certification

• Coordinate with QA manager to ensure that all product range are in right testing and certification parameter. Those testing are 100% test on time

7.) R&D and Marketing

• Key person for Thailand team to coordinate with R&D Global/APAC team to carry out any recipe changes, materials resources changes, product specification changes required.
• Standard cost analysis for all new product launch or BOM changes for existing products by coordinating with local Finance and Regional finance and Regional Marketing team
• Maintain BOM database for entire of Thailand product range and be a person who prepare all BOM for annual budget

8.) Budgeting

• Provide standard running parameter for yearly standard cost setting and product cost analysis.

9.) Training

• Provide proper training to production team to ensure that all SOP and Process technology been follow effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in Polymer Industry, Process engineer, R&D and Polymer Technology
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineer or Science in Chemistry, Polymer, Rubber, Polymer Technology
• Influence in English
