R&D Manager

Our Client is the first cosmetics and toiletries contract manufacturing company in Thailand. Customize customer requirements with R&D lab service to create unique formulation and brand image. Products are thoroughly tested in fully equipped stability and compatibility laboratory to ensure the products maintain quality throughout their shelf life. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join their company in the following position

POSITION:     R&D Manager

JOB TYPE:      Permanent

LOCATION:      HEAD OFFICE, BANGKOK

SALARY RANGE:     (Up to experience)

BENEFIT:       Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Group Insurance (OPD, IPD), Bonus yearly up to company performance

Job Description:

• Develop and implement programs, plan for a new product development, product/process improvement technologies.
• Oversee all departmental research and development projects and programs related to cost reduction, process improvements, line extensions, new product/process development and commercialization.
• Provide technical assistance for inquiries from customers, sales and conduct briefings and technical marketing, procurement and manufacturing.
• Supervise Research and Development staffs in new product/process development and product improvement project.
• Provide technical assistance in new product/process development and product improvement project.
• Inspect safety rules and regulations to ensure standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years working experience in Research and Development
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher  in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related fields
• Willing to traveling as company assign
• Good leadership skills, highly motivated and energetic.
• Service-minded, initiative and interpersonal skills
• Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literacy.
