Our Client is a leading audit, accounting, tax, legal and advisory practice, combining the benefits of an integrated global partnership with the entrepreneurial drive of the senior advisors. Their practice has Thai, British, Dutch, Japanese, French and Australian nationals among its senior consultants, which ensures that we are well placed to act as a bridge between businesses operating in Thailand and related companies overseas. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
POSITION: Senior Payroll Processing Officer
LOCATION: Satorn, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: Up to experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the client’s monthly payroll runs
- Prepare and review statutory returns (e.g. PND.1, SPS 1-10 series, PND 91)
- Implement outsourced payroll services for new clients
- Provide clients with basic advice on personal income tax, labour law and social security fund
- Ensure that the payroll services provided by your team are completed on time whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
- Develop strong client relationships
- Motivate, develop and train the staff within your team
- Look for enhanced use of existing payroll software to provide a more efficient service
- Improve the efficiency of your team to perform payroll services within budget. Where there are budget overruns, identify the causes and implement solutions
- Support the preparation of proposals to prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Accounting or any related field
- Minimum 3 years experiences in human resources, outsourced payroll or tax function
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Computer literate and familiarity with A-Outpay a plus
- Eager to build on existing skills and develop management and leadership skills for a successful career
- Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
- Knowledge of expatriate payroll tax, shadow payroll and hypo-tax is considered a plus
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
