POSITION: Deputy Managing Director (Thai nationality only)

SALARY RANGE: (Up to experience)
BENEFIT: In addition to basic salary which is negotiable dependent on successful candidate profiles and experiences, plus also standard benefits, including a fully maintained and self-driving company car / accommodation allowance, and performance related bonus scheme, this position offers a unique opportunity to the right candidate, to take over a position which is formerly incumbent by Founder and/or Shareholder of the Company.
The Deputy Managing Director reports to the Company Board of Directors, who govern business mandates, policies, and operations of the Company. A successful candidate has three major areas of managerial roles and responsibilities, these includes:
- Plant operations
- Sales and commercials
- General management
Qualifications / experience
- Age range in late 40s or early 50s
- Relevant petroleum related would be advantage
- Educated to Master Degree level up
- Good technical network developed through experiences within the petroleum related industry
- Highly motivated and well organized
- Proven track record in sales within the petroleum bitumen related industries
- Highly Leadership skill with excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail, with good Information Technology literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to relocated to work in northern territory
- Able to regularly travel extensively around the nation or neighboring countries.
- Proven knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting requirements.
- Proven track records of excellent leadership, communication, organization, conflict and problem resolution skills.
- Possess good business acumen, firm and definite in pursuing of purpose and self-objectives, but being strategic and tactful in the execution and implementation.
- Proven ability to plan and manage effectively using motivation and team building skills.
- Proven good organization skills; excellent problem solving skills and practices
- Ideally have some exposures in working as a top management with publicly listed company
