Our Client is Thai-Japanese Corporation since June 21, 1978. Their products are about photocopier and printer. Responsibilities:
- Full HR Services and Policy implementation to the ASEAN region including regional staff.
- Manage all HR administration for the employee cycle for ASEAN, other accountability and HR Projects.
- Accountable for adequately staffing through undertaking recruitment activities for Asia Pacific (up to Management Level) through liaison with Manager and external agencies – approvals, recruitment methodology and position description preparation, sourcing, resume management, screening, interviewing, reference checking, validation, offer process and feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
- Manpower planning and guidance to Line Managers.
- Robust training strategy and administration structure in place to meet training needs with seamless training administration and flows.
- Coordinate and adapt of any external vendors used for training.
- Manage internal coordination of all training including organization with APO and E-learning.
- Product training material created, updated and made available online to the region.
- Coordinate Leaders learning analysis and organize development.
- Manage and track individual development plans and annual learning and development program participation.
- Structure Talent Management Program in place and roll out yearly.
- Promote and support Performance Excellence Program (PEP) for the ASEAN Region.
- Prepare draft HR Senior Management report and share with HR Manager – APAC.
- Conduct probation reviews with appropriate management.
- Prepare the annual employee motivation and satisfaction survey and provide presentation reporting of results and follow up actions.
- Analyze HR trends and propose action plans.
- Assist with seating allocation and productive office work environment.
- Consistently audit HR controls over Asia Pacific and ensure compliance.
- Be responsible for Ethics and Corruption sign off APAC.
Qualification;
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any related field.
- 8-10 year experiences in full spectrum of Human Resources.
- Experience in dealing with Senior Management.
- Hand on experience in manpower planning and recruitment.
- Demonstrate track record in Talent Management.
- Proven ability to structure administration and information flows.
- Knowledge of training strategy.
- Display strong leadership, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage KPI effectively.
- Strong analytical skill.
