Salary Range:    (Up to experience)

Functions in a mid-level engineer capacity, or technical specialist. Under general supervision, performs all aspects of conventional design engineering and analysis. Broadens knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of moderately complex engineering deliverable.
• Perform complex research and develops recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection.   
• Collects, assimilates, and manages data for engineering work.
• Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles.
• Understand and adheres to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Responsible for one or more of the following:  Recognizes, defines and resolves problems for the project.
• May provide direction and guidance to others.
• Actively coordinates with all other internal/external team members on less complex projects

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related disciplines from a recognized accredited university. 
• Minimum 10 year experience in electrical engineering in high voltage power industry.
• Experience in HV GIS substation is required.
• Understand various scopes of work related to consulting engineering projects.
• Require incumbents to have professional registration or licensure.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstration of leadership attributes.
• Excellent command of English.
• Flexibility to travel.
