Our Client is an luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Salary Range:     25K-45K

Responsibilities:

The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

The training and development specialist has the full responsibility over the portfolio of training programs and courses. The specialist implements new training programs, adjusts the current ones in a close cooperation with the line management. Key Responsibilities include:

• Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and line managers
• Provides inputs to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans
• Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the assigned training budget
• Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements
• Cooperates with the Career Development Specialists to design programs for high potentials and future leaders

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any related field.
• 3-5 year experiences in Recruitment & Training field.
• Demonstrate track record in international firm
• Proven ability to structure administration and information flows.
• Excellent communication in English both speaking and writing
