Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
Position: EHS OFFICER (Safety officer)
Location: Banpong, Ratchaburi
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 40,000 THB (Up to experience)
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.
Responsible for all safety, environment and health services by procedures enforcement at Banpong plant utilities. Supports the implementation of all safety, environment and health Management programs and strategies as directed.
Job Responsibility:
1.) Policy & Strategy Goal
Conduct job safety analysis, incident & accident investigation or risk assessment to identify hazards, report and propose the preventive measures to the company. Implement and maintaining ISO 14001, ISO 9001 system and security processes.
2.) Improvement and Development
Improve the occupational health and safety management system. Develop and analyze the safety plan including ergonomics and automation safety system. Ensure that all corrective actions from accident / incident investigation report are corrected within a time frame.
3.) Alignment by law
To inspect and give recommendation to the employer to comply with the law on occupational safety, health and workplace environment.
4.) Outsourcing Management
Supervise and perform regular spot checks to ensure full compliance by company as well as supplier.
5.) Safety committee engagement.
Safety committee once a month.
6.) Planning & Management
Monitor safety and environment activities to comply with standard procedure (RCA Tools and WAM system) and legal. Identify and analyze unsafe conditions and /or act and determine corrective preventive actions as required. Develop, implement and control EHS procedures and rules to comply with legal and corporate EHS standards.
