Accounting Manager

Our Client is a Real Estate company has been established for 38 years. They were working on malls, market and economic building which are highly successful. Now, their business is responsible in developing projects for sale and rent. Also, developing market, food court, condominium and rental space. Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:

Position: Accounting Manager

Job Type: Permanant

Location: Bangkapi, Bangkok

Salary range: Maximum 45,000 THB (Up to experiences)

Responsibilities:

• ร่วมประชุม ปรึกษาหารือ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นภายในฝ่าย
• ควบคุม และตรวจสอบการจัดทาบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามระบบงานบัญชีไว้ สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการดาเนินงานของบริษัท
• ควบคุมจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี วิเคราะห์รายงานบัญชีและให้ความเห็น
• ตรวจสอบการเบิกจ่ายงานระหว่างก่อสร้างตาม BOQ ให้สอดคล้องกับความคืบหน้าของโครงการ, Report ของโครงการ
• ตรวจสอบการใช้งบประมาณให้ถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามแผนงบประมาณที่วางไว้
• ตรวจสอบงบบริหาร (งบภายใน) ของแต่ละหน่วยงาน พร้อม Consolidate เป็นงบบริหารบริษัททั้งหมด
• ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการจัดทารายงานประจาเดือน เช่น รายละเอียดประกอบงบรายการค้างชาระ ทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน ค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้า ฯลฯ
• ตรวจเช็คต้นทุน/ ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อการก่อสร้าง ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชา และที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประเมินผล วิเคราะห์ผลงานที่ผ่านมาของพนักงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 

Qualification

• เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป แต่ไม่เกิน 40 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
• ประสบการณ์ทางาน 5 ปี ขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารบัญชี
• มีความชานาญด้านภาษีอากร โปรแกรมสาเร็จรูปทางบัญชี สามารถบริหารทีมได้
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีภาวะผู้นา มีความอดทนสูง สามารถทางานเป็นทีมได้
