Our Client is the leading provider of smart, sustainable solutions for cleaning and hygiene, driving increased productivity, food safety and infection prevention through the integration of new technology-enabled services and systems, ultimately enhancing our customer’s end user experience. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
Position: Key Account Manager 1 position and Territory Sales 1 position
Location: The nine, Pharam 9
Job Type: Permanent (Chemical for Manufacturing)
Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000 THB (Up to experience)
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.
Job Responsibility:
- Focus intensely on account acquisition with some emphasis on subsequent account management including ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts. Liaise with Account Manager when directed and agreed it is appropriate to transfer account responsibility to Account Manager.
- Perform white spot prospecting to include water treatment, enhanced sustainability and operational efficiencies (water, energy, and chemical usage), global innovation initiatives, and identification of potential packaging opportunities. Liaise with Packaging Business Development Managers to determine timely introduction to leverage expertise and promote synergy sales for any identified potential packaging opportunities.
- Monitor and report for both respective accounts and, where needed, aligned Sales department by utilizing corresponding tools, such as Sales Pipeline, as developed. Monitoring and reporting should include win/loss analysis, market intelligence, and other key learning.
- Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising to reinforce value proposition and brand equity.
- Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target (quota) achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise, and local intelligence.
- Lead account analysis, preliminary proposal, testing, and rollout.
- Liaise with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing for proposal development.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 year degree in microbiology, food science, chemistry, engineering, or degree supportive of this role. Master’s or advance degree desired.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in food or beverage industries sales or sales account management, plant management, processing, quality assurance, or other relevant role.
- Demonstrated success in direct consultative sales role with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience in field sales, customer marketing, and/or category management in addition to knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts.
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong global acumen and cross-cultural agility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). Desire solid demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands.
- Self-starter with the confidence to take risk, partner with business leaders as required, lead change, and work transparently with all stakeholders.
- High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
- Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Successful work history reflecting strong work ethics and customer service demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to design processes and programs as necessary and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data and strategic tools to improve sales, meet goals, identify opportunities, and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment while working confidently with higher management.
- Willingness and experience to travel internationally. Travel may be extensive at times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
