Position: Sales Manager (Air fright service)  

Location: Klongtoey, Bangkok

Industry type: Transport, Shipping

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: 80,000 THB

Benefit: Car company support, Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund 3 %, Bonus average 2.5 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales team; subordinate around 10 persons
• Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible services.
• Hunt for new transport biz to ensure on monthly sales target and KPI target are met high performance sales standard
• Conduct regular sales meeting/calls
• Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel  in assigned customer segments
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis

Requirement:

• Male/ Female (Thai Nationality only)                                        
• Bachelor degree of higher in BA or others related
• Experience in logistic and supply chain business              
• Be able to communicate in English
• Good computer literacy                                         
• Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature
• Good communication skills with good personality.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Comfortable working in International company
• Initiative, innovation, strategic thinking with can do attitude and sense of urgency
