POSITION: CNC machining senior supervisor/section manager

Salary Range:  Up to expereince

Job purpose: Control an areas to produce engine component by CNC matching such as cylinder head, crankcase.

Job Duties/Role:

• Manage in all phase for CNC machining.
• Man power control.
• Machining task planning (Crankcase and cylinder head)
• Cutting tool usage control.
• Preventive maintenance both for CNC machine, fixture, measurement tool.
• Establish and organize work standard for CNC machine.
• Build up multiskilling for operator
• Maintain and Improvement for efficiency, productivity, defect and cost.
• Identifying training needs.

Qualifications/Skill:

• Male only, aged 32 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineer, production engineer or a related field.
• Vocational and diploma in machine shop will be advantage. 
• At least 5 years’ experience as supervision level.in the automotive industry.
• Main experience in machining center (CNC mills) processes and engine assembly line will be advantage.
• Fully understand engineering part drawing and understand well a dimensions measurement tool.
• Able to use CAD/CAM, Master CAM software
• Good knowledge of production management, production techniques, equipment and tooling.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Kaizen and TPM.
• Strong management, analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, decision making and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
