Our customer’s company was founded more than 20 years. This company manufactures and sells highly functional plastic resins. Company’s products, ABS, PS and artificial marble etc. are the main products of its firm. Thailand is the main hub of South-East Asia for trading goods to Asia’s market. Nowadays, company’s trend focuses on the chemical business for product design. To cope with business expansion, we are now inviting talented and energetic individuals to join our professional team.

Position: SALES MANAGER – Building material and Construction material

Location: Sathorn Rd.

Industry type:  Manufacturing & Trading

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: 60,000 – 70,000

Benefit:Social Security, Dental Insurance, Group Insurance, Medical Insurance, Fixed Bonus + Incentive, Provident Fund, Telephone + Phone Allowance, Travel Allowance or Car with driver, Five-day work week

Responsibilities:

• Doing specification Staron into the major architect firms and interior designing firms in Thailand and Neighbouring countries and connecting the specification job to our current agents like above to make realized as the actual sales by our agents.
• Developing new agents in Kitchen, Contraction, Interior Design industry
• Surveying building material market information and doing presentation for potential customers including architects, interior designers, construction companies - builders - and even fabricators
• Reporting all information and situation to Staron Department for making further step.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in  interior design or architect or related field
• Minimum 5 years experiences within a building material and construction material  field, Interior design and having relationship with the building material biz field like major architect firms develops or project sales and designing firms key people.  (3)
• Experience in  international customers  and overseas business trip   (2)
• Background in experience/knowledge of the solid surface material is preferable.
• Familiarity Ms. office (Power Point program and doing presentation is prefer)
• Able to read the drawing and make drawing if necessary
• Positive and active characteristics
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.  (1)
• Able to travel locally and in abroad.
