Position:                   IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location:                  Sathorn, Bangkok

Job Type:                 Permanent

Salary Range:          50K – 70K (Up to experience)

Responsibility

• Provide 1st level technical assistance, training and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
• Manage PC setup, computer peripherals and deployment for new employees.
• Manage IT asset such as maintaining all required data in the IT Asset Management System in a timely manner and accurate manner.
• Ensure operation of security devices and rules such as CCTV and physical Security Access Controls.
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network(LAN, WAN and WLAN)
• Assists with the administration and maintenance of the Cisco IP telephony system and Video Conferencing system.
• Serve as the point of contact for multiple IT vendors.
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.

Required skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Oral and written communication skills in Thai(Native) & English(Fluent).
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Work experience in a contract management role such as purchasing OA or contracting with local IT vendors.
• Knowledge of PC Operating System(Windows and OS X).
• Knowledge of corporate infrastructure including network connectivity, Internet access, email and etc.
• Ability to work independently and enjoy working with others.
