ORENBURG is a HR solution provider, specialist in varies industry. We operated in Thailand for than 7 years, providing headhunting, work permit & visa, outsourcing staff and HR solution. Currently we are looking for new young generation to join our company detail as below:

Position: Sales Representative (Recruiter)

Job Type: Permanent   

Workday: 5 day/ week from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Benefit: Group insurance, Social Security Fund and Commission

Work location:  Bangkok

Salary Range: Varies from 17K – 20K (up to experience) Plus Commission

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in developing research and undertaking analysis of Client industry in Thailand
• Conduct industry assessments, identifying and evaluating potential candidates and clients opportunities
• Produce data to support product and/or business development.
• Manage communication and relationships with industry contacts to acquire the appropriate information to be used to develop business models
• Matching potential candidate with Client requirement and making shortlisted
• Prescreening candidate and CV through job portal
• Headhunting candidate throughout source
• Making headhunting and submission report weekly and monthly

Candidate Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or MBA 
• Analytical and research skill-set 
• Experience researching and analyzing market trends related to technology and telecoms
• Ability to work and think through problems independently and with a team 
• High degree of competence leveraging MS Excel and MS Office applications 
• Polished English written and oral communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• A strong interest in technology and a mindset to think out of the box 
• Excellent presentation skills
