Our Client was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, was established in 1984 to engage in real estate business. The Company converted to be a public company limited in 1995 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1996 they are understands that people are the center of our success. Due to Thailand business expansion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position.
Position Business Development Manager (Chinese)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bangkok (Phayathai)
Salary Range: 100,000 – 150,000 THB
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for initiating, directing and providing business development assistance and ideas for company’s expansion plan in Chinese market.
- Conduct and manage consistent research of prospective targets, markets and competitors to keep up to date on industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth and implement program to achieve desired growth.
- Develop and maintain relationship with the local and international real estate agencies to generate sales and increase international awareness of the company.
- Serve as manager for International Sales team, working closely with them to identify opportunities for improving sales, expanding relationships and growing revenue.
- Track and analyze business development progress and results and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Work closely with marketing team to provide assistance with marketing campaigns and provide feedback and information on market and creative trend
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related field.
- Chinese native with Bi-lingual skills (English, Chinese- Mandarin).
- 7+ years of Sales/ Business Development and managerial experience at progressing levels throughout career. Real estate experience would be an advantage
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Good understanding of Chinese market
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and passionate about exploring other cultures.
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and a track record of good decision making.
- Strong project management abilities are a must, including setting priorities, planning, organization, follow-through, delegation and negotiation skills; and ability to build, manage and track budgets and analyze ROI.
- Ability to travel both local and international.
