Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the local market activities (Department Stores + Sephora) of the Singapore market :Design, implement & execute marketing plans
- Design, implement and execute an retail strategy, for departmental stores and mostly based on profitable free-standing boutiques
- Design, implement and execute retail driven Sephora plans
- Recruit & manage a strong team to build & execute strong plans to accelerate the retail sales growth
- Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone or departmental store retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy
- Exceed established 3YP objectives (OP & sales)
- Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization
Requirement:
- At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry, with experience in both sales & marketing or brand management
- University graduate in business or MBA
- Fluent in English. Thai language will be an asset.
- An experience with an skincare brand is considered an asset
- Open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to manage and enjoy work in a start-up environment
- Good at managing ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Brand and commercial sensitivity
- Team player that is a people person with strong leadership
- Enthusiastic and dynamic, able to convey a team spirit
