Position:                      Software Development Manager

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary range:              80,000 - Up to experience

 

Responsibility:

• Build and manage a high performance and capability Software Development Team to produce high quality and are architecturally sound and solutions that meet business needs.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analyst and Associate Business Analyst for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional
• Coordinate Testing and production release
• Monitor individual employees’ performance
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead members to their optimum performance levels and career development
• Ensure that every solution developed meets Liberty Mutual Architecture and Information Security Standard and Methodology
• Act as focal for all internal development activities

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 7-10 years experiences showing a strong career progress
• Previous experience managing a development team of minimum 5 staffs.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of programming language such as .Net, C, C++, Java, C#, or similar
• Experienced with developing of mobile and web based solution across multiple platform
• Strong experience or concept with Agile, and Agile methodology and practice such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and alike
• Architecture background a strong plus to build scalable/enterprise solutions
• Very strong people management skills verbal and written both Thai and English
• Solution development experience a must and with proven track record over multiple solutions and years
• Experienced with CRM (MS Dynamic or similar) Document management, and workflow (K2 or similar) is a plus and will get special consideration
• Experience in working in cross-team environment
