Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                       Lean engineer

Location:                      Banpong, Ratchaburi

Job Type:                      Permanent

Salary Range:               35,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit:                         Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

1.) WCM activities coordination

• Coordinate plant pillar leader and encourage all team member to ensure all pillar are delivered as per expect result by the group.
• Corporate pillars owner are well support by incumbent and excellent transfer knowledge/action plan to local team.
• Finance is well coordinate to provide stratification data of loss/saving/criteria to ensure that all activities are generate hard saving cost.

2.) Lean audit and Training     

• Provide lean management training to all site employee to ensure there are zero of non-understanding for entire of Company
• Leading regular World class management audit for company according to WCM audit guideline by corporate 

3.) Facilitator Kaizen activity and team

• Identify lean management project with working team in order to deliver PAP budget for company

4.) Window person to coordinate with WCM APAC team and corporate lean management expert oversee

• Share and Benchmarking with other sites to apply best practice to be use in company.

5.) lean management tools implementation

• All WCM tools and logical thinking behind process shall cascade to another function to ensure that all manufacturing issues are resolve under WCM logic.
• WCM are well training to all employees with expectation of zero non understanding WCM concept and thing through process.
• Ensure that the right tools are used in proper situation and condition of 3M (Man, Machine, Materials). 

6.) Traveling

• Oversea traveling are require in order to learn best practice from the other plants in company to effectively apply/use in company
• Lean management group meeting purpose in corporate as per agreement with the group

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineer or Science.
• Fresh graduate or Lean industry experience with MNC culture
• Knowledge in World Class Manufacturing or LEAN management implementation
• Proficient in Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S’s, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO9001, etc.
• Experienced in change management, project management and manufacturing cost structure. 
• Strong skills in financial analysis and knowledge of statistics and statistical control tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Track record showing continual improvement result.
