Our Client is a global leader in manufacturing and overhauling aerospace structures, systems and components. Operating in 70 locations worldwide, designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aero structures, aircraft components, accessories, subassemblies and systems.

POSITION:                              Production Supervisor

LOCATION:                             Pluak dang, Amata city

JOB TYPE:                              Permanent

SALARY RANGE:                   60,000 THB (Up to Experiences)

BENEFIT:                                Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage people or man power includes plan, utilize, by means of maximize man power efficiency in order to achieve standard production rates and quality level.
• Planning people for over-time working required daily basis.
• Report production stoppage immediately, follow up until problem is solved.
• Control production operator, machinist’s discipline:

o        Ensure production starts/end on time.

o        Maintain record of employee absences & tardiness and take appropriate actions against those circumstances.

o        Ensure production operators, machinists dress and use PPE in accordance with company policy

• Maintain and ensure safety related aspects includes company’s safety policy, safe act of production personnel and safe condition of working area including housekeeping.
• Participate in day to day basis production problem solving
• Prepare weekly report of production performance
• Issue work order to Maintenance Department as needed in order to meet the primary function.

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in related fields
• 5 years in Production Supervisor position
• Experience in Machining Manufacturing is required
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Understand of CNC type machines and the process they use, such as set-ups, monitoring, change-over, etc.
• Ability to understand, Manage & Control Cutting tools for BOTH Metallic & composite Shop.
• Able to read blueprint and understand general dimension and tolerance
• Able to work in shift
