Position: Health Care Manager
Location: Bangkok

Salary Range: 80,000 – 100,000THB
Responsibilities;
- Our client already works in the Medical Assistance area and handles third party administration for healthcare programs. We are now looking into developing and launching new services in the Healthcare area.
- The right candidate will have experience in the Healthcare sector
- The Healthcare Manager has a dual responsibility. They will support sales efforts in the Healthcare area, but more importantly will use their experience to implement new projects and services
- The new services include Nursing Services, Wellness Clinics (including medical care), Teleassistance, etc.
- The Healthcare Manager will:
- Collaborate with Marketing team on the development of new products and services
- Work closely with Healthcare sales to support business development opportunities including attending meetings with prospective business partners
- Lead the development of operational processes to support all Healthcare services
- Lead the implementation and training for small to large scale clients
- Coordinate and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to other engagement parties.
- Ensure delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast.
- This position involves interaction with business partners and attendance at external meetings
- Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of projects, manage project plan and schedule
- Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for managing client expectations
Qualifications;
- 5+ years related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in Healthcare (Hospital or Health Insurance), or Insurance is advantage
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
- Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (product development, sales, operations, and other support functions).
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and as an individual.
